CyberFOX signs TD SYNNEX deal to distribute full security portfolio
CyberFOX, a Tampa-based cybersecurity software vendor targeting lean IT teams at small and mid-sized organisations, has signed a distribution agreement with TD SYNNEX under which the Fortune 100 distributor will carry the full CyberFOX portfolio across its North American reseller network. The arrangement covers CyberFOX AutoElevate for privileged access management, CyberFOX Password Manager, CyberFOX DNS Filtering, and Timus SASE, the company's zero trust network access platform. Products are available to TD SYNNEX partners immediately.
The deal extends CyberFOX's reach into the managed service provider and reseller channel that TD SYNNEX serves, which the distributor says spans more than 150,000 customers across more than 100 countries. CyberFOX positions itself as purpose-built for organisations in sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, state and local government, construction and financial services that face modern security requirements without the budget or headcount of large enterprise buyers.
The deal
Os Haque, VP Global Channels at CyberFOX, said the agreement would accelerate product delivery to the reseller community serving under-resourced IT teams. "Internal IT teams are doing more security work than ever, and they need vendors that build for how they actually operate," he said. "With Timus SASE in the portfolio, that's privileged access, credentials, web filtering, and secure network access from one vendor, and all of it is something an internal IT team can stand up on its own, without adding headcount or a consulting bill."
Cheryl Day, Senior Vice President of New Vendor Acquisition and Global Solutions at TD SYNNEX, framed the addition around identity risk. She said resellers were actively looking for vendors that could help customers address identity-based threats, and that CyberFOX's integrated set of access and credential controls paired naturally with the broader security stack TD SYNNEX already delivers. No financial terms were disclosed.
Market context
The SME and mid-market cybersecurity segment has become an increasingly competitive distribution battleground. Identity and access management tools, SASE platforms and DNS security gateways have proliferated as standalone products, and a growing number of vendors are consolidating them into single-vendor suites to reduce complexity for IT generalists. CyberFOX's bundled approach places it in direct competition with the lower tiers of established platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon Go, Cisco Umbrella and Palo Alto Networks' Prisma Access, as well as specialist PAM vendors including BeyondTrust and Delinea.
TD SYNNEX's scale gives CyberFOX meaningful channel leverage that would be difficult to replicate organically. For its part, TD SYNNEX has been actively broadening its cybersecurity catalogue; channel distributors have recognised that resellers serving the mid-market want consolidated, easy-to-margin security bundles rather than point products requiring separate vendor relationships.
From a regulatory standpoint, CyberFOX's target verticals face a tightening compliance environment. SLED customers are subject to CISA's Secure by Design guidance and state-level cyber mandates; financial services customers must contend with SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules; manufacturers increasingly face NIS2 obligations for European operations. The combination of privileged access control, credential management and ZTNA maps onto the technical controls required under most of these frameworks, which CyberFOX and its channel partners are likely to highlight in sales motions.
The distribution agreement does not include a disclosed minimum-volume commitment or exclusivity clause, and CyberFOX did not announce an accompanying funding round or any change to its go-to-market in regions outside North America. The company's next reported milestone will likely be a partner count or pipeline figure from TD SYNNEX's quarterly channel report.
