Crosslist passes 1,000 Trustpilot reviews ahead of Q4 peak

The Belgian cross-listing SaaS tool now serves more than 50,000 resellers across 11 marketplaces, with 20 million listings created on the platform.

Crosslist, a Belgium-based software tool for online resellers, has crossed 1,000 customer reviews on Trustpilot, maintaining a 4.5-star rating with more than 90% of reviewers awarding four or five stars. The company says roughly half of all reviews were submitted in the past 12 months, and the milestone lands as resellers begin preparing inventory for Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the broader holiday shopping period.

The platform now counts more than 50,000 active sellers and says its users have created over 20 million listings across 11 supported marketplaces, including eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Whatnot and Shopify. The core proposition is a single universal listing form that publishes simultaneously to multiple storefronts, replacing the manual process of maintaining separate browser tabs per platform.

Product and feature context

Recent reviewer feedback, as cited in the company's release, highlights three AI-driven features as the most time-saving: bulk listing creation from a catalogue, single-photo listing generation, and an integrated background remover for product images. Sellers with large existing inventories are described as importing hundreds of listings from eBay or Poshmark and redistributing them across other channels in a fraction of the time manual relisting would require.

Automatic delisting, which removes a sold item from all connected marketplaces simultaneously, is positioned as a key risk-management feature during high-traffic sales events where overselling is a common operational problem. A one-click relist function and a mobile app for iOS and Android round out the Q4-specific recommendations issued by the company.

"Q4 is when resellers are busiest and when every hour matters most," said Gilles Couvreur, chief executive of Crosslist. "When sellers tell us they're reaching new buyers on marketplaces they'd never tried, and getting their evenings back, that's the clearest sign we're building the right thing."

Market landscape

The multi-channel listing software category is occupied by a number of players targeting the resale and recommerce market, including List Perfectly, Vendoo and Sellhound, alongside broader e-commerce management platforms such as Linnworks and ChannelAdvisor (now part of CommerceHub). The growth of recommerce as a category, driven by consumer interest in secondhand goods and the expansion of dedicated resale platforms like Depop and Whatnot, has expanded the addressable market for cross-listing tools beyond professional merchants to include part-time and hobbyist sellers.

The company is privately held and Belgium-based, operating from Kortrijk in West Flanders. It has not disclosed revenue, funding history or headcount in the release, making it difficult to assess its financial scale relative to US-headquartered competitors. Review volume on Trustpilot is a proxy for user adoption but does not directly indicate commercial performance. Crosslist says user feedback from reviews feeds directly into its product roadmap, a standard practice for product-led growth SaaS businesses targeting SME and prosumer segments.

With generative AI increasingly embedded in listing and catalogue management workflows, the competitive bar for AI-assisted product photography and description generation is rising quickly. The degree to which Crosslist's AI features are proprietary versus built on commodity APIs is not addressed in the release.
