Sidetrade posts 348% ARR growth in Q3 as agentic AI drives bookings
Sidetrade, the Euronext Growth-listed Order-to-Cash (O2C) platform vendor, reported €2.60 million in new Annual Recurring Revenue (new ARR) for the third quarter of 2026, a 348% year-on-year increase from €0.58 million in the equivalent period of 2025. The company described Q3 as its second-best quarter on record, notable because the third quarter has historically been its slowest. For the first nine months of 2026, new ARR reached €7.76 million, up 157% year on year and already 19% ahead of the previous full-year annual record set in 2024.
Total Contract Value (TCV) of subscriptions signed in Q3 reached €10.4 million, up 473% from €1.81 million a year earlier. Over the first nine months of 2026, TCV came in at €29.1 million, up 256% on the same period of 2025. The average initial contract term for new deals signed in Q3 hit a record 56.2 months, up 14% from 49.2 months a year earlier, suggesting customers are making longer-horizon commitments to the platform.
Agentic AI and sovereign positioning drive demand
Sidetrade attributes the acceleration to its "SAFE" agentic framework, which the company says runs on its own private cloud GPU infrastructure using proprietary domain models trained on a data lake of nearly $10 trillion in B2B transactions across more than 45 million buying companies. Rather than routing inference through hyperscaler APIs, Sidetrade trains and serves its own models, a strategy it markets as "sovereign AI." The company offers customers multi-year contractual commitments on token costs, positioning this as a differentiator against vendors whose inference economics float with hyperscaler pricing.
In Q3, AI-native products, including the Aimie Cash Collection Agent, Aimie IQ, and Agent Builder Studio, generated €0.78 million in new ARR, representing 30% of total new ARR signed in the quarter. The company reported that 32 new Aimie Cash Collection Agents were sold in Q3, up from 26 in Q2 and 17 in Q1, bringing the cumulative total since the start of 2026 to 75 agents ordered. Founder and chief executive Olivier Novasque said the business has "stopped thinking like a software vendor and became an AI-native company," adding that control over data, models, and associated AI costs gives customers "a new level of sovereignty over how they deploy and use their AI."
Market context and competitive read-across
The O2C automation market sits at the intersection of enterprise finance software and agentic AI, a segment attracting growing competition from both established ERP players such as SAP and Oracle, which embed AI collection tools natively, and from specialist vendors including HighRadius and Billtrust. Sidetrade's sovereign AI narrative addresses a real commercial concern: enterprise buyers, particularly in North America, are under pressure to quantify and control inference costs as agentic workloads scale, and unpredictable token expenditure is becoming a board-level issue.
North America accounted for 54% of Q3 bookings and 26% of subscription revenue, roughly on a par with France. The Asia-Pacific region contributed 16% of subscription revenue following the consolidation of ezyCollect, which added €2.5 million in Q3 revenue and broadened Sidetrade's exposure to the SMB segment. Excluding ezyCollect, organic revenue growth was 6% in Q3, up from 4% in Q2. The company projects organic growth to reach double digits in early 2027 as the large contracts signed in the first half of 2026 begin to flow through to recognised revenue.
Revenue and outlook
Q3 consolidated revenue was €18.4 million, up 22% year on year, with subscription revenue of €16.4 million growing at 24%. Subscriptions accounted for 89% of total revenue, reflecting the recurring-revenue profile the business has built over more than a decade. Sidetrade is due to report full-year 2026 revenue on 26 January 2027. With nine-month new ARR already well ahead of any prior annual figure, the company enters Q4 with a significant booking backlog that will convert to recognised revenue progressively through 2027 and 2028.
