WISeQey launches WISMind.AI trust platform for autonomous AI agents
WISeQey Corp., the Nasdaq- and SIX-listed firm formerly known as WISeKey International Holding, has launched WISMind.AI, a trust infrastructure platform designed to give autonomous AI agents verifiable identities, delegated authority and auditable transaction trails. The Geneva-based company says the platform addresses a gap that current AI stacks leave open: reliably answering which agent is acting, on whose authority, and whether its output can be trusted.
The platform bundles several of WISeQey's existing technologies into a single layer. These include WISeID and its Keystone project for agent identity credentials, the OISTE/WISeKey Root of Trust as a cryptographic anchor, SEALSQ post-quantum secure semiconductors for hardware-protected credentials, and WeCan KYC tooling for regulated compliance flows. WISeQey frames the overall approach as "Know Your AI" (KYAI) and "Know Your Agent" (KYA), concepts it positions as the AI-era counterpart to established identity verification frameworks.
What the platform does
Each agent enrolled in WISMind.AI receives a unique Keystone credential that links it to its developer, its operator and the human or organisation on whose behalf it acts. Agents carry signed, scoped permission mandates with real-time revocation capability, and digitally sign their outputs so recipients can verify origin and detect tampering. The platform also supports agent-to-agent authentication before data or value is exchanged, and records all actions in a tamper-evident audit trail. Post-quantum protection is provided by anchoring credentials in SEALSQ hardware, which the company says guards against "harvest now, decrypt later" attacks in which encrypted data collected today is decrypted once quantum computers mature.
"The internet was built without an identity layer, and we spent twenty-five years fixing that for people and devices," said Carlos Moreira, founder, chairman and chief executive of WISeQey. "AI agents are now becoming economic actors in their own right. Before we let agents spend money, sign contracts or talk to other machines on our behalf, we must know exactly who they are, who they represent and what they are authorised to do."
WISeQey says the WISeQey Group's own subsidiaries, including SEALSQ, WISeSat.Space and SEALCOIN, will serve as the first large-scale deployment, rolling the platform out across customer service, IT operations, finance and supply-chain functions in phases. A Developer Programme is expected to open in the coming months, offering API and SDK access, a sandbox environment, and co-marketing opportunities. The company plans to share further detail at Quantum Days in Cannes in November 2026.
Market context and competitive landscape
AI agent identity and governance is an emerging but rapidly crowding segment. Established PKI vendors and cloud providers are extending their identity services to non-human principals, while a number of well-funded startups are building agent orchestration and permissions layers specifically for agentic workflows. WISeQey's differentiation rests on its long-standing Root of Trust pedigree and the post-quantum angle, which carries credibility given SEALSQ's semiconductor background.
The post-quantum dimension is becoming commercially material. NIST finalised its first post-quantum cryptography standards in 2024, and regulated sectors including financial services and critical infrastructure are beginning to map migration paths ahead of expected quantum-capable adversary timelines later this decade. The EU AI Act's requirements around transparency and auditability of automated decision-making systems provide a further tailwind for platforms that can produce machine-readable, verifiable audit trails of agent actions.
WISeQey did not disclose pricing, named enterprise customers, or specific throughput benchmarks for WISMind.AI. The Developer Programme is unscheduled beyond "coming months," so near-term milestones to watch include the formal programme launch date, the first named third-party integrations, and independent verification of the post-quantum credential claims.
